Common Name: The Mystifying Kelp Creature
Scientific Name: Plantea Kelpine Greenus Dentalgia Magnism Photosynthei Aquaeace
Habitat: The mystifying kelp creature lives in various kelp forest off the coast of Southern California. (See: Brown Algae and Kelp by Adam Tripi)
Niche: The mystifying kelp creature’s niche is to keep a balanced number of fish in the Pacific Ocean. The kelp creature’s diet consists of animals that live in kelp beds like shellfish, limpets, and other kelp forest dwellers. The kelp creature gets a limited amount of energy from the sun as well. The mystifying kelp creature has a number of predators like sea hares, abalone, and kelp crabs. (See: wiki.answers.com)
The mystifying kelp creature has many similarities with kelp, but the kelp creature has a number of differences as well. For example, the mystifying kelp creature has razor sharp teeth, are much less common than kelp, and the kelp creature has eyes to help spot its prey. Just like regular kelp, the mystifying kelp creature reproduces both sexually and asexually.(See: Brown Algae and Kelp by Adam Tripi)
Members of its community: One member of the mystifying kelp creature’s community is kelp because the kelp creature’s habitat is in the midst of a kelp forest. Various species of fish live in the kelp community as well.
Population: The mystifying kelp creature is a rare species so there are only 13,000 mystifying kelp creatures in the world.
Habits: The mystifying kelp creature usually does what most kelp do, sway gently in the currents, unless the kelp creature is devouring its prey.
Appearance: The mystifying kelp creature appears to be an average kelp when its eyes and mouth are closed, but when the kelp creature has its eyes and mouth opened it looks like a scary kelp monster with pointed teeth and beady eyes.
Adaptations: Over the years the mystifying kelp creature has adapted amazingly sharp teeth, eyes that can see prey from more than one hundred yards away, and the kelp creature has impressive camouflage that makes it look as kelp-like as possible.

Economic value: The mystifying kelp creature’s only economic value is being sold in exotic pet stores. Because the kelp creature is so rare, it can be sold for up to 2,500 dollars. Humans also use kelp creatures for toothpaste, lotion, soap, and ice cream. (See: Capital Regional District-Kelp)
Environmental threats: Sea urchins and global warming are two main threats to the mystifying kelp creature. The sea urchins “clear-cut” kelp forests. (See: Brown Algae and Kelp by Adam Tripi) Global warming is changing the kelp creature’s habitat, which, in the long run, might change its habitat for the worse.

The Story of How The Bow and Arrow Fish Evolved…
Many years ago, sharks and dinosaurs lived. When most of the dinosaurs got extinct, a particular dinosaur named Mack still lived. There was also a shark named Sally. Since these two animals were very fond of each other, they decided to cross-breed. It was not a pretty thing to see, but they finally did it. Out came a bow and arrow fish. Mack and Sally were amazed when the animal they just got shot them. Soon enough Mack was dead and so was Sally. The bow and arrow fish jumped straight into the water and started killing all of the fish inside of the ocean. The world had gone out of shape. Every single day, at least one type of fish got extinct. The bow and arrow fish got rid of every habitat and ruled the land and seas. Everybody had to obey in fear that they may be devoured by the mighty bow and arrow fish.
One day, a brave fish stood up with his sword, to slay this animal. He did so, and he won great braveness. He was awarded to be the king of all kings and everybody lived happily ever after… or did they?
Another day, this brave fish had born another fish, but this fish was the bow and arrow fish! The bow and arrow fish tried to slay the brave fish, and was successful. No one in the world could help but cry. They had to obey the fish for eternity.
Soon enough, there were humans. Instead of obeying the bow and arrow fish, all the fishes obeyed the humans. From that day on, the bow and arrow fish lived in sorrow, wishing that humans would not have evolved.
One day, the bow and arrow fishes plotted a plan. The rest of them decided to destroy the human civilization, since humans were destroying everything in the oceans.
The next day, the bow and arrow fishes hid up in their habitats, waiting for a human to come. When a human came, the fishes sniped them. The human dropped down, with trickling poison dripping from its heart. This started the Fish and Human War Era.
People with swords and knifes came charging toward the bow and arrow fishes, but the bow and arrow fishes killed them all. Some other fishes even took up sticks and started fighting. The entire ocean was filled with poison after the war. Dead bodies lay here and there. It was a bloody war. Luckily, the speed of the growth of human population was controlled. The fishes were all saved.
One day, a shark came on by one of the bow and arrow fish’s habitats. The bow and arrow fish tried to kill it, but the shark was too fast. The fish died, and the shark went away for more prey.
And that was when sharks started having a battle with the bow and arrow fishes. Many sharks died and many fishes died. It was the bloodiest battle in fish battle history.
And that, my friends, is how I conclude this story. This is how the bow and arrow fishes evolved and how one of their predators is the legendary shark. Thank you for reading this, and I hoped you liked it.
